I don't feel safe at home

1If there is immediate danger: call 999.

3Tell someone you trust what's happening β€” a friend, family member, neighbour.

Someone is threatening or harassing me

2If threats involve physical harm: this is a police matter β€” call 999 (immediate) or 101.
3Online harassment: report to the platform, keep evidence, consider blocking but take screenshots first.
4Stalking or persistent harassment is a crime in the UK β€” the Suzy Lamplugh Trust helpline: 0808 802 0300.
5Tell someone you trust what's happening.
