Therapist Services

When connecting with licensed therapists through our platform in United States:

• Independent Professionals: Therapists are independent contractors licensed in United States, not WellNestAI employees
• Professional Standards: Therapists must maintain their American Psychological Association (APA) licenses and United States standards
• Direct Relationship: The therapeutic relationship is between you and the therapist
• Platform Facilitation: We provide the platform but don't provide therapy ourselves
• Quality Assurance: We verify credentials but don't guarantee treatment outcomes

Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellNestAI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of third-party therapists
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Termination

By You

By Us
